This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the guidelines for using our internet services. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below. We aim to provide reliable and secure internet access while protecting the interests of all users. Please leave a brief message if we do not answer, as we are working hard to provide you with the best High Speed Wireless Internet service possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response when contacting through our website. By submitting an initial contact request on our website, you agree that we may contact you via SMS, phone call or email regarding your request.This consent begins once you submit a contact request and continues until you opt out or request otherwise via an email to razerwireless@gmail.com. Standard messaging and data rates may apply for SMS communications. Security and Privacy You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and passwords. You should not share your account credentials with others. Collected Information Razer Wireless Inc. may collect the following types of information: Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, physical address, mailing address, payment information, etc. Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers and usage data. Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Razer Wireless Inc. use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience and analyze website traffic.You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Collected Information Useaged Razer Wireless Inc. uses your information to: Provide, operate, and maintain our network, website and services. Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support. Send administrative information, such as updates, security alerts and support messages. Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies. Sharing Your Information Razer Wireless Inc. does not sell your personal information. Razer Wireless Inc. may share your data with: Service Providers: Third parties who perform services on Razer Wireless Inc. behalf(e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing). Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights. Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition. You are responsible for the content you access, send or receive over our network. Razer Wireless Inc. does not control the content available through our services and are not responsible for any third-party content you may access. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Razer Wireless Inc. makes every effort to provide a reliable internet connection; however, we cannot guarantee dedicated or consistent speeds on our network due to factors such as network congestion, maintenance, or third-party services. Typical customer speeds are expected to be within 75% of the subscribed package speed during peak usage hours, on average. Your actual experience may vary depending on network conditions, equipment, and other factors beyond our control. Customers may request account credit for noted issues that exceed three days in length before resolution or greater than 72 hours of no internet service under certain conditions which do not include acts of God. Network Services Management and Maintenance Razer Wireless Inc. retains full control and discretion over the operation, management, and configuration of its network. This includes, but is not limited to, the monitoring, maintenance, and upgrading of network infrastructure, as well as the implementation of measures to ensure network security and integrity. Razer Wireless Inc. may also carry out routine or emergency maintenance, which may cause temporary disruptions in service. While Razer Wireless Inc. endeavors to perform maintenance during off-peak hours to minimize any inconvenience to subscribers, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Subscribers will be notified when possible in advance of any planned maintenance activities that may impact their service. Abuse and Misuse You agree not to engage in activities that disrupt or degrade the performance of Razer Wireless Inc. network, including but not limited to: Network Overloading: Using tools or devices to intentionally overload, probe, or disrupt our network. Unauthorized Sharing: Using our service to share unauthorized content or to create a network without our consent. Denial of Service Attacks: Attempting to overwhelm our network or services with excessive traffic. Prohibited Activities You agree not to use Razer Wireless Inc. services for any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities, including but not limited to: Illegal Activities: Engaging in any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws. Resale or Account Sharing: "Splitting" or "Sharing" your internet service circuit with other households/apartments or reselling our service without express written consent from Razer Wireless Inc. by the means of a physical wired connection or wireless extenders/mesh to other units. Fraudulent Activities: Using the internet for fraudulent purposes or unauthorized access to networks, devices, or data. Malicious Content: Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software that damages or disrupts networks, systems, or devices. Harassment or Abuse: Engaging in any activity that harasses, threatens, or disrupts other users or their services. Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails or messages in bulk to others, or using our network to send spam. Impersonation: Impersonating another user, company, or entity in an attempt to deceive or mislead others. Excessive Bandwidth Usage: Using services in a way that excessively consumes bandwidth, causing degradation of service for other users. You Must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations while using Razer Wireless Inc. services. This includes respecting copyright laws and obtaining proper authorization for the content you access or share. We do not support or endorse illegal IPTV services, including but not limited to services such as "Jailbroken Firesticks", "SuperBoxes", or those offering "free, unlimited live TV and VODs" that violate copyright laws. Additionally, we do not support or troubleshoot issues related to customer-owned routers. If there is a service issue, we are unable to diagnose problems with third-party routers on-site, and the customer may incur a service call fee for further investigation. We check for speed, latency, and packet loss at the point of demarcation, which is our outside equipment. Equipment Responsible You are responsible for ensuring that any equipment provided by Razer Wireless Inc., such as routers, modems, and other devices, is not intentionally damaged. While we understand that accidents can happen, any intentional damage to the equipment will result in a charge for the full cost of repair or replacement. We expect customers to keep our equipment clean, free from debris, insects, etc. Devices that are returned in poor shape with evidence of animal damage, roaches, bedbugs, etc. will be billed the cost of the device. Events such as lightning strikes, tree falls, or other "Acts of God" are not the responsibility of the customer unless deemed specifically otherwise, and we are not liable for other damage to other equipment at the customer premises caused by such events. Cancellation or Termination Accounts with invoices past the designated DUE DATE will be subject to a 10% late fee per billing period overdue, with late fees compounding each period. We will reach out directly via email and phone once an account is overdue, and service will be suspended. A $10 reconnect fee will apply if an invoice is more than 30 days overdue. Service will be terminated once an invoice reaches 60 days overdue. Customers who wish to resume service after this point will be required to pay the outstanding balance plus a reinstallation fee of $100. Customers may reach out to us at any time if they need to pay their bill late in order to set up a payment arrangement and avoid late fees. YOU ARE LIABLE FOR YOUR SERVICE CHARGES UNTIL YOU SUBMIT A FORMAL CANCELLATION NOTICE. You may cancel service with a written 30 day notice with a detailed explanation for canceling. Razer Wireless Inc. is not obligated to refund an unused portion of the monthly payment upon cancellation. Equipment Upon default, termination, or cancellation of this Agreement, for any reason, Customer agrees to return all equipment to Razer Wireless Inc. in a prompt and timely manner, all equipment not returned and in good and clean cosmetic and working order will be charged full original retail value for such equipment. Unless otherwise provided for herein, all equipment provided by Razer Wireless Inc. shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Razer Wireless Inc. Updates to This Policy Razer Wireless Inc. may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on www.razerwireless.com with an updated effective date. Razer Wireless Inc. encourages you to review the policy periodically.
